Terms of Service

1The services

BlackDolphin provides access to AI models on a points system (including free DOLPHIN models), plus domain, hosting, email and control-panel services. We may add, change or discontinue services at any time.

2Your account

• Your registration details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Welcome and free points are for a single account, and we may cancel duplicate accounts and the points they earned.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the platform under a parent or guardian’s supervision.

3Points

• Points are credit for using AI models only and are separate from domain, hosting and email subscriptions.
• Points are deducted by model, conversation length and actual usage; each model’s price is shown inside the platform.
• Purchased points do not expire while your account is active. Points are not currency and cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred to another account.
• We may change pack prices and model costs in the future; this does not affect points you already bought.

4Payment

• Payment is currently by Vodafone Cash and InstaPay: transfer the required amount and send proof of transfer from inside the platform.
• We review payments manually; points are added or the service is activated only after confirmation, which may take some time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the amount and details you enter. Forged or duplicated proofs lead to account suspension.

5Domains, hosting and email

• These services are fulfilled through partner providers and are also subject to the terms of the domain registrar and hosting provider.
• You are responsible for your site and email content and for complying with the law. We may suspend any service that violates the law or these terms.
• You must renew before your subscription ends. Your site may go offline or a domain may be lost if it expires unrenewed, and we are not liable for that.
• Control-panel details we send arrive in your platform messages; keep them safe.

6Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

• Do anything unlawful or that infringes others’ rights.
• Create or distribute malware, fraud, phishing or spam.
• Produce content that exploits children or incites violence or hatred.
• Attack the platform, bypass usage limits, abuse free points or create multiple accounts.
• Resell access to the models or share your account with others without our consent.

We may suspend an account or remove violating content without notice, and balances are not refunded in cases of serious violation.

7AI output

Model replies may contain errors or inaccurate or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them, and they are not a substitute for professional (legal, medical or financial) advice. You are responsible for the content you enter and how you use the output.

8Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; it may be affected by maintenance or outages at model and hosting providers. Free models may change, stop or be restricted without notice.

9Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits or data arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the disputed service in the last 3 months.

10Intellectual property

The platform, its design and brand belong to BlackDolphin. You keep your rights in the content you enter, and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service to you.

11Termination

You may ask to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or to protect the platform and its users.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.

13Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.
